Welcome to MusicCreator 2.0 beta ("MusicCreator", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at musiccreator.pro and any related tools, features, and services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility

MusicCreator lets you generate music and related audio from text, lyrics, images, and other inputs. You agree not to:
- Submit inputs that infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- Use the Service to create unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or deceptive content;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service;
- Resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.
4. Your Content and Ownership of Output
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you own the music files you generate ("Output"), and such Output is provided to you on a royalty-free basis for personal and commercial use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and your use of the Output comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others.
5. Plans, Credits, and Payment
Certain features require a paid plan or credits. Prices, credit allowances, and features are described at checkout and may change over time. Fees are billed in advance and, except as described in our Refund Policy, are non-refundable.
6. Beta Services
MusicCreator 2.0 is offered as a "beta" release. Beta features may be incomplete, may change, and may occasionally be unavailable. They are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is owned by MusicCreator and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicCreator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
